Welcome to The Digital Tomato! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The Digital Tomato operates independently and is not affiliated with Ghost Lab, though we have the rights to sell or distribute Ghost Lab products through our shop.
1. General Information
We sell physical products, produced in small batches, through our online store hosted by Big Cartel. Shipping is available worldwide wherever carrier delivery is supported.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
Anyone may purchase from The Digital Tomato unless prohibited by their local laws or shipping carrier restrictions. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Orders and Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts major credit cards and digital payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or pricing or listing errors.
If an error in pricing or product information occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and either cancel or adjust the affected order before shipment.
Inventory levels are updated in real time—if an item sells out, it will be marked as Sold Out and cannot be purchased until restocked.
4. Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. While we may adjust prices for new product drops, prices for items already listed on the site will not change retroactively.
Taxes and shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, product designs, packaging, and branding—is the intellectual property of The Digital Tomato and may include licensed works from Ghost Lab.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any materials from this site without written permission.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Each item is packed with care and produced in small batches, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or partial refund if possible.
We’re unable to offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Lost packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

7. Conduct and Refusal of Service
We believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting disrespectfully, abusively, or fraudulently, or anyone who violates these terms.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures to deliver caused by events outside our control, including supply chain issues, postal disruptions, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the courts of Virginia.
10. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Digital Tomato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products.
Neither The Digital Tomato nor Ghost Lab is responsible for delays, fees, or packages held in customs for international orders.
